Fruit Salad Ninja Protein Creami

What better way to hit your protein goals than with a healthy dessert? This vanilla creami base clocks in at 23g of protein for just 168 calories. 

Fruit Salad Creami

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 
1/4 cup unsweet vanilla almond milk + 1 tbsp to finish
1/2 serving vanilla whey protein (I like Tera's Whey)
7g sugar free vanilla jell-o pudding powder
Sweetener of choice to taste (I like z sweet)
Optional inulin fiber
Fruit salad (see recipe below)
Granola for topping

Blend everything but toppings in a Ninja Creami Pint. Freeze for twenty four hours. Process on lite ice cream setting. Add remaining tablespoon almond milk and re-spin. Top with fruit salad and granola.

Fruit Salad

Strawberries, diced
Pineapple, diced
Kiwi, Diced,
Blueberries,
1 lime juiced 

Toss together with lime juice and enjoy on it's own, with greek yogurt or a protein creami.
